The following Hustle From Home™ Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Website and your ability to participate in any of the offers, surveys, newsletters, drawings, sweepstakes, contests or prizes that we may offer from time-to-time (collectively, the "Cash Promotions"). The Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you and Hustle From Home™ and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and/or understandings. We reserve the right to modify the Agreement at any time. All such changes, including retroactive changes, shall be effective once posted on the Website; provided, however, that: (a) any amendment or modification to the arbitration provisions, prohibition on class action provisions or any other provisions applicable to dispute resolution (collectively, "Dispute Resolution Provisions") shall not apply to any disputes incurred prior to the applicable amendment or modification; and (b) any amendment or modification to Cash payout provisions ("Payment Provisions") shall not apply to any Cash accrued prior to the applicable amendment or modification. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Website, and you should review the Agreement prior to using the Website and/or participating in Cash Promotions. By your continued use of the Website and/or Cash Promotions, you hereby agree to comply with, and be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained within the Agreement effective at that time (other than with respect to disputes arising prior to the amendment or modification of the Dispute Resolution Provisions, or charges incurred prior to the amendment or modification of the Payment Provisions, which shall be governed by the Dispute Resolution Provisions and/or Payment Provisions then in effect at the time of the subject dispute or incurred charges, as applicable). Therefore, you should regularly check this page for updates and/or changes.

All Cash Promotions featured on the Website or otherwise disseminated to our Members via e-mail may be discontinued or changed at any time with or without notice to Members. Either you or Hustle From Home™ may terminate your Membership with or without cause at any time, effective immediately.

Please be advised that the Website and Cash Promotions are only available to living individuals with the legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. The Website and Cash Promotions are only available to legal residents of the United States of America. By accessing and/or using the Website and/or attempting to register or participate in any Cash Promotions, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into the Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions and that you are a legal resident of the United States of America. Any time that you provide Registration Data or other information to Hustle From Home™, to any Advertiser (as defined below) or in response to any e-mail that we disseminate, the information that you provide must be accurate and complete, and it must be your own information and not the information of any other individual, corporation or other type of entity. To clarify, Members must be living individuals, and not corporations or any other type of legal entity.

For purposes of the Agreement, "PayPal" shall mean PayPal, Inc. Please be advised that Hustle From Home™ is not in any way affiliated with PayPal, and neither the Website nor Cash Promotions are endorsed or sponsored, by PayPal. PayPal© is a registered trademark of PayPal, Inc.

Members are only permitted to create one (1) Account. Any attempt to circumvent this policy by registering for multiple Accounts under different names, registering for more than one (1) Account per household, registering for more than one (1) Account with the same mailing (postal) address and/or computer is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in immediate termination of your Membership and forfeiture of all Cash earned or accrued in connection with the Cash Promotions. Please be advised that Hustle From Home™ has sole discretion to determine whether or not you have complied with the above stipulations.

Hustle From Home™ values its Members! Consequently, we may, at our sole discretion, reward new Members with a bonus upon registration ("Registration Bonus"). In order to qualify for the applicable Registration Bonus, a prospective Member must, at a minimum: (i) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) be a legal resident of the United States of America; (iii) have read and agreed to the Agreement; (iv) have a valid U.S. mailing (postal) address; and (v) have submitted the personal information requested in the "Member Profile" on the Website.

Additionally, we may, in our sole discretion, reward Members for the initial opening (viewing) of and initial clicking of any link within certain e-mail messages. Please be advised that in order to receive payment for the act of opening and clicking on e-mail messages, Members must ensure that their Internet browser is set to enable images. This means that Members shall not receive payment for the act of opening or clicking on any e-mail messages for which the images are not properly enabled. For the purposes of the Agreement, enabling an image means that the HTML image(s) featured in the e-mail messages are turned on (and therefore visible) within the Member’s Internet browser. Enabling images is a function that can either be done manually for each individual e-mail message or set as a default setting within the Internet browser of the applicable Member.

Please also note that Members may only receive Cash credit in their Accounts for their first opening of and first clicking on any link within each such single, unique e-mail message that we send. Any attempt to open or click on any such single, unique e-mail message from us more than once will not result in any additional or recurrent Cash credit to your Account. Hustle From Home™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the current payment reward structure per each open and click and/or to discontinue this entire reward system altogether.

Please be advised that Hustle From Home™ may immediately terminate your Account upon notice of your death. Additionally, Hustle From Home™ may remove credits from your Account and/or terminate your Account if, in its sole discretion, we believe that you have violated the spirit or intent of the Agreement.

Termination

Hustle From Home™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your Membership for any reason or no reason, with or without cause. Hustle From Home™ may terminate your Membership by any reasonable means including, but not limited to, sending notice to you at the e-mail address that you provided during registration. However, please be advised that your obligations of indemnification shall survive termination of your Membership. Furthermore, Hustle From Home™, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in any of the Cash Promotions if, at any time, you fail to meet any applicable requirements including, without limitation: (a) if you supply incorrect and/or fraudulent Registration Data and/or other information; (b) if Hustle From Home™, in its sole discretion, believes that you are engaged in any type of "SPAM" dissemination (as defined below); (c) if Hustle From Home™, in its sole discretion, believes that you are engaged in any type of illegal or unauthorized activity including, without limitation, the use of bots or other automated devices to attempt to acquire unauthorized access to the Website and/or Cash Promotions; and/or (d) if Hustle From Home™, in its sole discretion, believes that you are acting in a manner that could expose Hustle From Home™ to liability in any manner, whatsoever.

Anti-SPAM Policy

Hustle From Home™ employs a strict Anti-SPAM policy. Accordingly, we only practice permission-based e-mail marketing techniques and do not practice, participate in or condone the sending of "SPAM" (unsolicited commercial e-mail messages). As further protection, we employ a double opt-in process which fully complies with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 ("CAN-SPAM"). This helps to ensure that no one can sign you up for a Membership without your knowledge.

While we feature a wide variety of Cash Promotions, we do not practice, participate in or condone the dissemination of e-mail message that include or display any content that contains, promotes, references or links to: (a) material that exploits children or otherwise exploits any individuals under eighteen (18) years of age; (b) material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of discrimination, bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or that is abusive, invasive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, harassing, threatening or otherwise unlawful or threatening against an individual or group; (c) illegal or deceptive activity; (d) pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise adult-oriented content including, but not limited to, magazines, video and software, or escort services; (e) political, religious or charitable organizations, issues or causes; (f) firearms, weaponry, ammunition, fireworks, explosives hazardous materials, hazardous substances or instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other weapons; (g) odds-making and/or betting/gambling services including, but not limited to, gambling activities associated with poker, casino games, horse and dog racing, college and pro sporting events; (h) tobacco and tobacco-related products, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia; (i) infringements or misappropriations of the intellectual property rights of any third party; (j) material that introduces viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the Internet; or (k) content otherwise deemed unsuitable or detrimental to the reputation of Hustle From Home™ or its partners and members.

By registering, all Members acknowledge and agree that SPAM will not be tolerated. Consequently, Members are prohibited from sending out or otherwise forwarding Hustle From Home™ messages in any manner

Furthermore, Members are prohibited from forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the true origin of any Hustle From Home™ e-mail message. Membership with Hustle From Home™ constitutes acknowledgement, acceptance and understanding of this Anti-SPAM Policy. Failure to comply with any of the requirements contained within our Anti-SPAM Policy will result in immediate termination of your Membership and forfeiture of all Cash earned or accrued in connection with the Cash Promotions.

Safeguard Your Password

As part of the registration process, all Members must create a password for purposes of protecting the log-in to their Accounts ("Password"). You are responsible for keeping your Password confidential and secure. You will remain, at all times, fully responsible for any and all activities that occur through use of your Password and Account.

Cancel and Unsubscribe

You may cancel your Membership or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. In order to cancel your Membership and unsubscribe from our mailing list, you must click on the "Cancel Account" tab or "Unsubscribe" tab located on the Website, or click on any unsubscribe link within any of the e-mail that we disseminate. Please be advised that by unsubscribing or otherwise canceling your Membership, you forfeit all accrued Cash that is below the minimum threshold requirement described below.

-ACCOUNT STATUS-

In order to participate in any of the Cash Promotions and ultimately request and receive payments, your Account status must be active. In order to ensure that your Account status remains active, you are required to log in to the Website and participate in at least one (1) Cash Promotion during any continuous ninety (90) day period. Any Member who fails to visit the Website or participate in at least one (1) Cash Promotion for a continuous ninety (90) day period may have their Account status rendered inactive. Once your Account status is rendered inactive, Hustle From Home™, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to permanently cancel your Membership. If your Membership is cancelled, you will permanently forfeit all Cash earned in connection with the Cash Promotions if your balance is below the minimum threshold requirement described below. Therefore, it is imperative that you actively monitor your Account and maintain your relationship with Hustle From Home™. Please pay close attention to the various reasons why your Account status may be rendered inactive.

Problems with Registration Data

All Members must maintain accurate Registration Data. It is your responsibility, as a Member, to update any changes to your Registration Data. If, at any time, a payment sent by Hustle From Home™ is returned to us for any reason including, but not limited to, being the result of inaccurate Registration Data, you will be given up to thirty (30) days to correct the inaccurate information. If you correct the inaccuracy within thirty (30) days, then Hustle From Home™ will attempt to resend your payment. However, if you fail to correct the inaccuracy within thirty (30) days, then you will forfeit your right to the payment and your Account will be rendered inactive. Thus, before requesting a payment, it is your responsibility to make sure that your Registration Data is correct.

Problems with E-mail Address

As part of the registration process, all Members must provide a valid e-mail address. If, at any time, Hustle From Home™ receives an error message in response to any e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you used to register, then Hustle From Home™ may immediately set your Account status to inactive.

Please be advised that in order to prevent accidental error messages, you should add the Domain "hustlefromhome.com" and the e-mail address: info@hustlefromhome.com to the address book and safe senders list associated with your e-mail service provider.

-THE CASH PROMOTIONS-

The Basics

Hustle From Home™ is a promotions aggregator. That means that we feature Cash Promotions from a wide variety of third party entities (collectively, "Advertisers") throughout the Website and within the e-mail messages that we disseminate to our Members. Please be advised that the Advertisers, and not Hustle From Home™, own, operate, maintain and are solely responsible for the Cash Promotions. Therefore, it is imperative that you carefully read all of the terms and conditions, terms of use, rules and requirements applicable to each Cash Promotion before you elect to participate.

The concept at Hustle From Home™ is very simple. Over the years, we have developed special relationships with Advertisers who pay us to show their advertisements to people like you. We then share those profits with you.

Surveys are one of the most popular Cash Promotions. Any attempt to provide inaccurate and/or fraudulent answers in order to participate in a survey or other Cash Promotion will render the results invalid and will preclude you from collecting the Cash associated with the particular Cash Promotion. Moreover, any Member found to have provided inaccurate and/or fraudulent answers, whether purposely or accidentally, to the preliminary eligibility questions or otherwise to any particular survey may have their Membership permanently terminated.

Survey earnings, and other Cash Promotion earnings, will not be credited to your Account until we receive confirmation and the corresponding payment from the responsible Advertiser. Therefore, since the Advertiser and not Hustle From Home™ has complete control over the payment of Cash for completing the surveys and other Cash Promotions, we cannot guarantee that you will always be properly or timely credited for your participation in any particular survey or other Cash Promotion.

Disputes, Questions or Comments

Any disputes, questions or comments that you may have regarding a particular Cash Promotion should be exclusively directed to the Advertiser and not Hustle From Home™. Moreover, Hustle From Home™ is not responsible for any billing issues or contract formation issues that may exist between you and any Advertiser. By participating in Cash Promotions, you acknowledge and agree that Hustle From Home™ shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages of any kind incurred as a result of either your participation in any such Cash Promotion or your dealings with the Advertiser responsible for the applicable Cash Promotion. Furthermore, Hustle From Home™ shall not be held responsible or liable for any Advertisers’ statements or conduct whether such Advertiser is featured on the Website or within e-mail messages that you may receive from us from time-to-time.

Members hereby agree to read all applicable terms and conditions, terms of use, rules and requirements before participating in any Cash Promotions. Since Advertisers often change their specific terms and conditions, terms of use, rules and/or regulations associated with their Cash Promotions without notifying us, we cannot make any guarantees about the accuracy of any of the Cash Promotions featured on the Website or disseminated via e-mail to our Members.

As previously articulated, Hustle From Home™ is not responsible for any Cash, or other rewards that may be offered by Advertisers as part of participating in Cash Promotions. You hereby agree and acknowledge that because Advertisers may reserve the right to change the payout amounts of their Cash Promotions, in such cases, you may receive reduced payments. Any questions or comments that you may have regarding a reduced payment amount should be immediately and exclusively directed to the Advertiser responsible for that Cash Promotion and not Hustle From Home™.

Limits

Please be advised that Members may not participate in any Cash Promotion more than once. Therefore, if you have previously participated in a given Cash Promotion either through the Website, through one of our e-mail messages or on a third party website, you will be prohibited from participating in the Cash Promotion by and through your Hustle From Home™ Account. Moreover, if you attempt to participate more than once, your Account will not be credited and you will not receive any of the Cash offered. In order to receive credit for valid participation, you MUST exclusively access the applicable Cash Promotion from the Website or from one of our e-mail messages. You will not receive any credit for participation in any Cash Promotion that was accessed from any source other than the Website or one of our e-mail messages. Any attempt to circumvent these requirements may result in termination and/or disqualification of your Membership.

You understand and agree that Hustle From Home™ is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for your use of, or inability to use and/or qualify for, Cash Promotions, Hustle From Home™ Membership, any other Hustle From Home™ or Advertiser sponsored products and/or services and associated Cash, or for any dispute between you and any Advertiser.

-CASH AND PAYMENT-

All Cash earned by and through your participation in the Cash Promotions that is actually received by Hustle From Home™ from the applicable Advertiser will be credited to your Account. Please be advised that by agreeing to the Agreement, you hereby agree that all accrued Cash is non-transferable, non-assignable and may not be pooled, lent, sold or exchanged. Hustle From Home™, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any of the rules associated with your Cash credit redemption, at any time provided, however, that any amendment or modification to the Payment Provisions shall not apply to any Cash accrued prior to the applicable amendment or modification. In order to receive payment of accrued Cash from your Account, you must properly request payment and comply with all of the terms set forth herein. Please be advised that your Hustle From Home™ Membership only entitles you to one (1) payment. Once you have received a Seventy-Five Dollar ($75.00) payment, your Hustle From Home™ Account will be terminated.

Minimum Threshold Requirement

Hustle From Home™ Members can earn a maximum of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) in Cash. Accordingly, Members must accrue Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) in Cash before they qualify to request a payment. Unless and until you have earned this minimum threshold amount, the Cash in your Account has no present monetary value. Therefore, unless and until you have accrued Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00), Hustle From Home™ shall have no obligation to make any payment to you. Moreover, if your Account never accrues the minimum threshold amount of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00), then you hereby acknowledge and agree that Hustle From Home™has no obligation to make any payment to you. Furthermore, any actions undertaken by you once your Account has exceeded Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) will not generate any additional Cash in to your Account and therefore Hustle From Home™ has no obligation to make any payment to you of an amount greater than Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00). Hustle From Home™ reserves the right to alter this minimum threshold amount at any time, in its sole discretion; provided, however, that any amendment or modification to the minimum threshold amount shall not apply to any Cash accrued prior to the applicable amendment or modification.

Payment Requests

The process of requesting a payment from Hustle From Home™ is easy. First, you must log in to your Account and click on the link labeled, "Request Payment." Once Hustle From Home™ receives and approves your request; Hustle From Home™ will send you an e-mail confirming that your payment request has been processed. This e-mail will request that you provide, at your option, a picture of yourself along with a testimonial of not less than twenty-five (25) words regarding your experience with Hustle From Home™ (collectively, the "Testimonial"), as well as a release regarding the Testimonial ("Release").

Please be advised that by agreeing to the Agreement, and submitting a Testimonial, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Hustle From Home™ may, at its sole discretion, choose to post your Testimonial on the Website, within any of its e-mail messages and use such Testimonial in any and all other ways authorized by the Release.

All payments shall be made via PayPal©. Payments may be withdrawn and/or utilized in any of the following ways: (a) PayPal© can deposit your payment directly into your bank account (your request will be processed immediately and your money should arrive in your bank account in three (3) – five (5) business days); (b) you can request a personal check from PayPal© (the check should arrive at your home by U.S. mail within one (1) – two (2) weeks); or (c) you can use your payment towards purchases from a participating PayPal© merchant.

By requesting payment, you hereby agree to be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising from your acceptance of payment.

Payment requests will be processed within at least thirty (30) days after the end of the month during which your request was submitted. All payments shall be processed on the first day of the month. Crediting your Account

While we always endeavor to immediately credit your Account upon valid and proper participation in a Cash Promotion, please be advised that the Website may at times require as much as sixty (60) days to credit your Account. Hustle From Home™ cannot credit your Account until the applicable Advertiser first certifies your proper completion of, and participation in, the applicable Cash Promotion and then provides us with the requisite Cash credit. Consequently, any delay in crediting your Account is the direct result of the Advertiser who posted the Cash Promotion and not Hustle From Home™. Therefore, any disputes should be taken up with the Advertiser and not with Hustle From Home™.

For record-keeping purposes, you should save all correspondences with the subject Advertisers associated with all of the Cash Promotions that you participate in. Such correspondence is the best way to ensure that, in the event of a problem, you shall receive the proper Cash credit from the applicable Advertiser. However, because the Advertisers, and not Hustle From Home™, are responsible for providing the Cash credits, we cannot guarantee that the proper Cash credit will always be received by you simply by virtue of your having retained copies of the relevant correspondence.

-TESTIMONIALS AND PICTURES-

We trust that once you create an Account with Hustle From Home™, you will immediately recognize the quality and value of our services. For that reason, we believe that your feedback will provide an invaluable tool for new and existing Members. Consequently, we request that you provide a Testimonial when you request a payment, however the decision to do so is yours and you are not required to submit a Testimonial.

By providing your Testimonial, you agree that it shall be considered non-personal, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Moreover, you hereby grant Hustle From Home™ all of the rights set forth in the Release including, without limitation, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, create derivative or collective works from, transmit and/or distribute the contents of your Testimonial in any and all media. Additionally, by agreeing to the Agreement, you hereby grant Hustle From Home™ the right to sublicense or assign any of the foregoing rights to others.

You hereby agree that any reliance upon the contents of any featured Testimonial shall be at your own risk. If, however, you believe that any featured Testimonial is fraudulent or otherwise violates the copyright or other proprietary rights of a third party please notify Hustle From Home™ immediately, and we will take steps to remove any such information from the Website and our e-mail messages promptly.

- RIGHTS GRANTED -

All Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Website, Cash Promotions and all associated content, in accordance with the Agreement. Please be advised that Hustle From Home™ may, in its sole discretion, terminate your license at any time for any reason.

No part of the Website, Cash Promotions or any of the e-mail messages that we may send, may be reproduced or retransmitted in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system. You may not use, copy, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or transfer the contents of the Website or Cash Promotions at any time for any reason. You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper workings of the Website, Cash Promotions or the dissemination of any of the e-mail messages that we may send out from time-to-time.

Moreover, you may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Website or related software. Finally, your license and resulting right to use the Website, Cash Promotions and e-mail messages is not transferable. Hustle From Home™ reserves the right to block Members and cancel any Memberships determined to have benefited from the use of automated scripts or ‘robots.’ Upon such a determination, you will be subject to any and all applicable laws governing fraud.

-PROPRIETARY RIGHTS-

All content, graphics, design, digital conversion, software, services and other matters related to the Website, Cash Promotions and e-mail (the "Materials") are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. If you use any of the Materials in any way not specifically provided for under the Agreement, you are in violation of the Agreement and in addition to all applicable remedies that we reserve at law and in equity, your license shall be immediately revoked.

We disclaim any liability for such claims or implications made on your part to prospects, potential customers and/or current Members. You acknowledge that your Membership may be terminated by Hustle From Home™ with or without notice for any misrepresentation of Hustle From Home™.

Requests for Information

Hustle From Home™ will never send you an e-mail requesting your Password, credit card number or Social Security Number. If you receive an e-mail that looks like it is from Hustle From Home™, but asks you for any of this information, it is likely a fraudulent e-mail and we recommend that you immediately delete the e-mail. If you believe that your personal or financial information has been compromised, we strongly recommend that you change your Hustle From Home™ Password and then contact credit reporting services and have a fraud alert attached to your credit report file. Please be advised that the perpetrator may attempt to use your personal or financial information to establish accounts or obtain credit at other businesses in their name.

Access

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise concerning the terms and conditions of the Agreement, or the breach of the Agreement by any party hereto, the parties (and all Members) hereby agree to submit their dispute for resolution by arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in New York City, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive to the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude any party from seeking injunctive relief in order to protect its rights pending an outcome in arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have against Hustle From Home™, the Covered Parties and their respective employees, officers, directors, members, representatives and assigns. Furthermore, you agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit. You agree to pay the attorney's fees and court costs that Hustle From Home™ and the Covered Parties incur in seeking such relief. This provision preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class action lawsuits: (a) does not constitute a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitration as provided above; and (b) is an independent agreement.

Furthermore, you hereby agree that any cause of action arising out of or relating to the Agreement or your use of the Website or Cash Promotions will be commenced by you within one (1) year after such cause of action arose. Actions not commenced by you within that one (1) year period are permanently barred.

Severability

Should any part of the Agreement be held overbroad, invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed as consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Headings

Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.

Control

To the extent that anything in, or associated with, the Website, Materials, e-mail messages or the Cash Promotions is in conflict or inconsistent with the Agreement, the Agreement shall control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the rules associated with any particular Cash Promotion, insofar as the specific Cash Promotion is concerned, the applicable rules of said Cash Promotion shall control.

Non-Waiver

Any failure by Hustle From Home™ to enforce any provision of the Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision at any later date.

Legal Warning

Any attempt by any individual or entity, whether or not a registered Member, to damage, destroy, tamper with, vandalize and/or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website, e-mail messages and/or Cash Promotions, is a violation of criminal and civil law and Hustle From Home™ will diligently pursue any and all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law and in equity.

Force Majeure

If the performance of any part of the Agreement is prevented, delayed or rendered impracticable by reason of any act of God or natural disaster including, but not limited to, floods, riots, fires, judicial or governmental acts, labor disputes, or any other causes beyond the control of either party, that party shall be excused to the extent that it is prevented, delayed or rendered impracticable by such forces.

Independent Investigation

You acknowledge that you have read the Agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of a Membership with Hustle From Home™ and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in the Agreement.
